CloverConnect is a SaaS platform that integrates with Clover POS systems to provide analytics, reporting, synchronization, and business management tools.

Eligibility

You must have authority to access and manage the Clover merchant accounts connected to the platform.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Protecting login credentials
• Ensuring authorized use of connected Clover accounts
• Accuracy of submitted information

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful activities
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform operations
• Reverse engineer or exploit the service

Clover Integration

CloverConnect relies on Clover APIs and services. Availability of certain features may depend on Clover platform functionality and permissions granted by merchants.

Subscription & Billing

Some features may require paid subscriptions. Pricing, billing cycles, and feature limits may change with notice.

Limitation of Liability

CloverConnect is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Clover service outages
• Third-party platform issues

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may discontinue use at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
